Riviera River Cruise

Riviera River Cruises’ story began in the UK in 1984, when our parent company started escorting tours to the French Riviera. Since 2015, we have introduced more than 128,000 passengers to the wonderful world of river cruising, and established our North American headquarters in Connecticut in 2017. As the UK’s leader in river cruising and tours, we now offer 13 five-star ships, which are some of the most modern and well-appointed in Europe, on 15 amazing itineraries. We’re passionate about giving our travelers the best experience possible. This is why we dedicate great care to designing inspiring journeys filled with visits that enlighten and entertain. At the same time, we include many special touches beyond the obvious, so customers return home feeling like they’ve connected with the heart of their destination.

Our story is just one of the many reasons why you should cruise with Riviera.

Destinations that you can visit on one of our cruises: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Germany, Hungary, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and The Netherlands.

In December of 2018, my family and I took a Yuletide Christmas Market Cruise with Riviera River Cruises on the Danube. The staff on the ship was outstanding and even though we did not get to sail much, (the river water level was too low until the last day of our trip) everything else about the trip was amazing! The rooms, the food, the excursions were all phenomenal and I would cruise with Riviera again in a heartbeat. Despite not being able to cruise until the last day, Riviera did everything in their power to make sure we saw the cities on our itinerary except for Vienna. We were docked in Budapest for most of the trip, so we had ample time to explore the city in detail.
